HOW TO: Detox your Body in 1 Day!

These are some of my tips and tricks on how I de-bloat my body after eating too much junk food! Hope they work for you too!

Detox Smoothie:
1 Banana
1 Cup coconut water
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 tbsp powdered ginger ( try half if you don’t want it spicy!)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1-2 dashes cayenne pepper
1 tbsp chia seed (optional)
1 tsp maca powder

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add ice until desired consistency. Enjoy!
TIP: I added 1 tbsp ginger and couldn’t really drink it! I would suggest trying 1/2 tbsp first and then add more if you want the taste!

Okay so I actually really like these tips. I don't know if anyone knows about this smoothie but it's the Naked smoothly and it's green and it's SO GOOD and makes me feel so detoxes after I drink it so I really recommend it. There are different flavors but don't EVER get the protein one because it tastes like sandπŸ‘ŒπŸΏ

also if you live near a beach. I've overcome my worst hangovers simply by taking a 1 hour dip in the ocean. I find the salt content draws all of the toxins out. I don't recommend drinking too much. but if you do go to the ocean and spend at least an hour in the water. and yes. I M from Cali. lol.
